One week later, we’re still reflecting on one powerful question: How do we save one life? 💙💛

And the impact of Project CRADLE Care is still being felt.
The conversations.
The connections.
The moments where mothers felt seen, heard, and supported.
Mothers shared that the experience was a blessing, and that continues to stay with us.

What we created wasn’t just a one-day event, it was a space for:
✨ Advocacy and self-care
✨ Education that empowers
✨ Support that meets mothers where they are

And the impact extended beyond the room:
💛 Diapers distributed to support families
💛 A car seat raffled for safe travel
💛 Resources shared that mothers can continue to use

Because saving one life doesn’t just happen in a moment, but it continues in the days, weeks, and choices that follow.

👖💙 Impact in Action | Theta Eta Sigma for Denim Day 💙👖

The ladies of Theta Eta Sigma showed up and showed support for Denim Day—raising awareness, honoring survivors, and challenging the harmful myths surrounding sexual violence. This movement is rooted in truth and advocacy. What began after a 1999 Italian Supreme Court ruling has grown into a global call to action—reminding us that clothing never equals consent.

But the impact goes beyond awareness:
🔹 1 in 5 women and 1 in 71 men in the United States will experience sexual assault in their lifetime.
🔹 Many survivors never report due to stigma, fear, and victim-blaming narratives.

That’s why we show up.

Through sisterhood and service, our Sorors wore denim not just as a statement—but as a commitment to be voices for the unheard, to educate our communities, and to stand firmly against injustice.

Together, we proudly represent One Sigma—united in purpose, advocacy, and impact.

As we close out Black Maternal Health Week, we’re reminded that this work continues beyond one week.

In just ONE WEEK, we’re bringing that commitment to life through Project CRADLE Care 💙💛

We are honored to be joined by an incredible group of facilitators who are dedicated to supporting, educating, and empowering mothers and families in our community:
✨ Lindley Cave with Carolinas Breast Choice Doula and Lactation Services
✨ Hope Desiree with Her Eternal Roots
✨ Tamika McTier, Yoga Instructor

Together, they will lead interactive workshop rotations focused on care, wellness, movement, and support—along with a special Mommy Reset space for rest and restoration.

The Sophisticated Southeastern Region showed OUT in Nashville, and the ladies of Theta Eta Sigma were honored to be in the room! 💙💛

We are proud to share that our chapter received the Silver Impact Award for outstanding program implementation and community service hours — a true reflection of our commitment to serving and uplifting our communities with excellence.

From meaningful fellowship with our amazing Sorors, Philos, and Rhoers, to powerful moments of connection, growth, and inspiration, this conference reminded us what it truly means to be part of something greater.

And of course, we celebrated the beauty and strength of One Sigma — united in sisterhood, service, and purpose.
