We are excited to officially welcome Octapharma to Rock Hill. 🎉

The company will build its first U.S. manufacturing facility along with a corporate campus at Palmetto Research Park located off of I-77. The $1.5 billion investment is projected to bring more than 1,500 jobs to Rock Hill.

Thanks to all who have worked diligently and strategically to make a project like this possible for our community.

We are proud to announce The NSF Grid Modernization Engine in the Carolinas, a project supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and led by UNC Charlotte and an outstanding group of regional partners, of which York Technical College was a founding member.

This project will revolutionize our energy grid, creating numerous jobs, generating significant revenue and preparing our region for the future. As this work moves forward, we're excited to contribute our expertise in workforce development to provide the talent pipeline needed for this transformation.
