Easter is a reminder of the greatest sacrifice ever made a love so deep it chose to give, to forgive, and to endure. It calls us to reflect not just on that sacrifice, but on how we show up for the people in our own lives.

Love deeply, patiently, and without conditions. Don’t take for granted the ones who stand by you, who give their time, their energy, and their hearts. And don’t give up on them either. Sometimes the people who give the most are the ones who need our grace the most.

Keep your mind open and your heart even more so. We’re all fighting battles we don’t always see. Choosing compassion, choosing understanding those are powerful acts. They heal, they connect, and they remind us of what really matters.
This Easter, let’s carry that spirit forward: to love better, to forgive quicker, and to never stop showing up for one another.

Lead with love. In every action, interaction, and reaction. Happy Easter!!!🐰

I previously announced that the Lead With Love Project would be unable to host our 7th annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaway due to numerous unforeseen personal circumstances. However, at times, God intervenes and makes it clear what one is meant to do. After a pantry reached out requiring assistance, my volunteers and I took immediate action. Our 7th Annual Thanksgiving Giveaway was unconventional, but it was a remarkable success. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all my volunteers, with a special acknowledgement to my father, Donnie Simpson, also know as “The Turkey Man”.

We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and look forward to the 8th annual Turkey Giveaway next year!

Help us provide food for families in need for Thanksgiving. Pick up a Thanksgiving Bag from the Bookstore, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, and/or from the Vestibule on Sundays. Fill the bag with the items on the list attached to the bag and return on or before Friday, November 21st, at 5pm.

Important Announcement from Lead With Love Project.

We want to share an important update with our community. Unfortunately, due to several unforeseen emergency events over the last two months, we will not be hosting our 7th Annual Thanksgiving Giveaway.

While we’re deeply saddened to pause this special tradition, our commitment to serving families in need remains strong. This holiday season, we will be assisting individual families facing food insecurity or hardship with food and or personal care support.

Starting November 10th, families in need may email us at [email protected] with details about their situation. Please include:
Your full name
Your address
Your telephone number
A detailed explanation of your current situation and your specific needs for the holidays (food and/or personal care items).

A volunteer from our team will review your message and get back to you within a few days.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support as we navigate this season. Our mission remains the same: To lead with love in every action, interaction, and reaction. 💛
