We are oh so thankful for God's faithfulness! And His timing is always perfect!

We are thankful to have closed out our first year of our pilot program yesterday. What an honor and blessing it is to be apart of the Lord's business.

God is so good!

School Ministries of Rock Hill in South Carolina, set their minds on starting a Released Time Bible Education program in 2015. Yet, for the first nine years, they constantly hit walls from opposing school board members and a rotating roster of district superintendents.

It would have been easy to give up. Still, within those nine years, their team prayed and worked on building their board, gaining interest/support from local churches, gathering funds, and creating a solid relationship with a local middle school and its entire staff. For two years, a dedicated group went to a local middle school every Thursday morning to pray with and over all the staff. They served meals and donated school supplies for teachers and students throughout the year.

Their perseverance and patience were rewarded when, last fall, they received approval to start a pilot program! God opened the door when the school district hired a new Christian school superintendent, and two elective teachers approached the principal, asking if their school's students could participate in Released Time with School Ministries of Rock Hill. The principal agreed that this program was exactly what their students needed.

Last September, School Ministries of Rock Hill started with just three students at a middle school, but the class size tripled by December. One-third of the students decided to ask God to save them! This semester, they are ministering to 21 students each week, doubling the number of students from last semester.

This long-awaited beginning is something to celebrate! What God can do with humble beginnings and hearts that do not give up! We are excited about the future of School Ministries of Rock Hill. Please pray for the growth of this program and all our programs!

We have great news to share!

In September 2023, we started our first Released Time Bible Education pilot program with Castle Heights Middle School. We are ending the year having served 32 students throughout the 2023-2024 school year, and we are blessed to have seven souls saved to Christ and four re-dedicating their lives to the Lord!

Will you pray with us? Pray for:
- The seven students who asked Jesus into their hearts. Pray that the Lord would send someone to walk alongside them as they continue on this new journey of sainthood and that they would grow stronger in the faith.
- The four students who re-dedicated their lives to the Lord. Pray they continue to recognize that they need Jesus now more than ever. May they continue to search for God's will in their lives and grow to become witnesses to fellow believers.
- For the two students who acknowledged they were uncertain about their salvation and that they may further seek the truth. Pray that a strong person of faith will walk into their lives and help them answer any questions they may have.

This year has been an absolute blessing, as we have seen God's hand in action and mountains move for His glory!

This is just the beginning, y'all!! Great things are still to come!!

Help us wish School Ministries a happy birthday!!

We are grateful for all the work and dedication from our national office!

As we close out the month of April, we reflect on the significance of this month for School Ministries. It was this month 33 years ago that our nonprofit ministry to public school students had officially begun!

We have experienced tremendous growth and support over these last 33 years. Most importantly, we have seen countless students profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and dedicate their life to Christ!

May the Lord continue to bless this ministry in the years to come!

On Thursday, September 7th, we will start back our prayer time with the staff at Castle Heights Middle School.
Last year we noticed such a difference and felt the Holy Spirit at work throughout our prayer time. We are honored to get to continue this into the new school year!
