Three years ago, Her Place opened its doors with a simple but powerful mission—to provide women with a safe, supportive home where they could heal, grow, and build a brighter future.

Thank you to every volunteer who has shared your time, talents, and compassion. Thank you to our donors whose generosity has made this mission possible. Thank you to our supporters, churches, businesses, community partners, and friends who have believed in Her Place from the very beginning.

Because of you, women have found hope, stability, encouragement, life skills, employment, and the confidence to begin again. Every meal prepared, every ride given, every class taught, every donation made, every prayer offered, and every act of kindness has helped transform lives.

Her Place truly is a community built on love, dignity, and hope—and you are an important part of that story.

As we celebrate this milestone, we also look forward to the future, knowing that together we can continue to empower women and change lives.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Her Place booth at the St. Philip Neri Catholic Church Italian Festival! We loved sharing our story with you and truly appreciate every purchase of our candles and wax melts.

All proceeds from the sales go directly into the women’s savings program. As the women graduate from the house, they leave with money saved to help with apartment deposits, transportation, and other important needs as they begin their next chapter. Through this program, the women are learning valuable work skills, building healthy saving habits, and gaining confidence for independent living.
