Free Fishing Weekend is June 6-7!

Wisconsin residents and out-of-state visitors can fish state waters without buying a fishing license, trout stamp or salmon stamp. However, please know all other fishing regulations, including bag limits, size limits and species restrictions, remain in effect.

There will be fishing clinics providing simple, hands-on instruction such as casting, knot tying, fish identification and basic fishing techniques for those new to this sport. Wisconsin DNR Tackle Loaner Sites located statewide has rods, reels and tackle for participants needing equipment.

Last Saturday, May 30th, we had our very 1st Annual Hunt, Fish, Camp event at Holte's Boat Landing! 🐟 🎣 🏹 🍃 🌳 ⛺️ 🦌 🚣‍♀️

We had a great turn out; beautiful weather, smiling faces, giveaways, and hopefully a wonderful experience for all those involved!

Huge thank you to all the volunteers that made this a success, the parents, and of course ALL the kiddos who participated!!

God Bless America and the Future generation you see before you. 🇺🇸

Good luck to all the fishermen tomorrow on the fishing opener. Check the limit on fish as some lakes have changed the limits. Stay safe and wear your life jacket if you’re using a boat. And make sure your license is up to date.

Hey Folks,

We took a ride to Porterville landing the other day, the parking lot was a bit tore up so we made some time today and brought down little blue to smooth out the ruts while the kids were trying to hook a bass.

Porterville is an awesome place to visit, a lot of work was put into the landing to create it, a lot of work was put into it to make it wonderful, and it takes a lot of work to keep it great. The club is always looking for volunteers to plant flowers, mow lawn and volunteers to keep it clean.

Rockfalls Sportsman's Club is currently looking for a company to mow or a volunteer that would be up for the task. Please reach out to the club if interested.
