This sweet little guy entered foster care this week, and we were so thankful to have a "Jump Start Bag" ready just for him. 🥰

It’s moments like these that remind us why we do what we do. We’re so grateful for these opportunities & for the many people who help make this ministry possible. 💕

A foster family is generously donating a white bunk bed (it does not include the mattresses) to another foster family in need!

📍 Pickup in Greece, NY�⏰ Must be picked up this week.

If your foster family could use it, please message us ASAP, or text Kristin and we can provide you with additional details. Otherwise, the family will need to list it on Marketplace this week.

On August 31st, the Woodward family celebrated a day that was years in the making - the adoption of these two precious boys! 🥹❤️

After years of loving, caring, praying, waiting, and walking this journey together, they are officially "FAMILY"! 🙌

We’re so thankful to have been a small part of their journey and so excited to celebrate this wonderful news with them! ❤️

🐰We can finally share the news!🎉

His Ministries, Fostering Hope is excited to announce our new partnership with Lavender Life Company and the Xander Bunny program! 🩷

Through this beautiful initiative, Xander Bunnies will be placed into the arms of children entering foster care right here in Monroe County - offering something soft, comforting, and special to hold onto during a time that can be filled with so much uncertainty.

We are incredibly grateful to be working alongside Monroe County Foster Care, Families Thrive, Inc., Hillside, and Pathways, Inc. as we help bring Xander Bunnies to children in foster care throughout our community.

Each Xander Bunny is more than a stuffed animal. 🐰 Filled with fresh calming lavender and made to provide comfort, Xander carries a beautiful message for every child who receives one:

💛 You are LOVED. You MATTER. And you are NOT ALONE. 💛

What started as an unexpected opportunity has grown into something much bigger than we imagined. We are incredibly thankful for the doors God has opened, the people He has brought together, and the opportunity HIS Ministries has been given to help coordinate this initiative here in Monroe County.

Different organizations. One community. One purpose — loving and supporting children in foster care. 🩷

God is SO good, and we cannot wait to see where He takes this! 🙌✝️🐰

Backpacks are packed. 🎒 Pencils are sharpened. ✏️ And a BRAND-NEW school year is here! 🍎❤️

As we head into Labor Day, we want to recognize some of the hardest-working people we know... our foster, adoptive & kinship families. ❤️

For some children, back-to-school means more than a new classroom. It may mean a new school, a new home, or a whole new beginning.

Behind it all is a caregiver juggling routines, appointments, lunches, emotions, early mornings… and a whole lot of LOVE. 💛

We see you. We appreciate you. BUT most importantly, God sees you. 🙏

Praying for our children, families, teachers & schools as they begin another year! 🍎✏️📚

To the foster parent in the middle of the storm..❤️

Maybe you're tired. Discouraged. Or pouring everything you have into a child and wondering if any of it is making a difference - Keep sowing. 🌱

Every Prayer, Tear, Late night, Difficult moment... Every time you choose patience and love when you're running on empty - those seeds MATTER.💛

You may not see the harvest today, but that doesn't mean God isn't working.

"They that sow in tears Shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, Shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him." - Psalm 126:5-6🙏🙌💕

Keep loving. Keep praying. Keep planting.🌱

God sees what no one else sees - and no tear, prayer, or act of love is ever wasted in His hands.
