Reminder: there will be a plant-based lunch from Han Noodle Bar on Thursday 8-20 at 12:15pm at Rainbow Seniors ROC, 346 N Goodman St, behind Village Gate. All are welcome, $5. donation appreciated. Buddist Delight Veggies with wheat noodle, Garlic Tofu & Veggies, Chinese Eggplant & Tofu in bean Curd Sauce & rice. Following will be a discussion on how the cultural and nutrition habits of Asian people leads to health and longevity.
