💕We are looking to expand our volunteer team on the Pediatric Hospitality Cart on AC6! This stationary cart brings joy to kiddos and caregivers visiting the Ambulatory Care Unit on the sixth floor of Strong Memorial Hospital through the handing out of nutritious snack bags.

We are looking to add some more volunteer team members to our weekday volunteer hours of 12pm - 4pm. Does this sound like you? Reach out today!

Big hearts deserve to be celebrated. ❤️

We’re excited to introduce our new Heart of the House recognition, a monthly opportunity to celebrate a member of our team who goes above and beyond for the families we serve.

Our very first Heart of the House recipient is Erin Deuel! 🎉

Erin was recognized for the incredible compassion and care she showed while welcoming a new family to House Within the Hospital. From taking the time to answer questions and provide a thoughtful tour, to anticipating their needs and making sure they felt comfortable and supported, Erin made a difficult transition feel a little easier.

Erin, thank you for bringing such a big heart to everything you do. We’re so lucky to have you on our team! ❤️

A little mid-week learning and connecting ✨

Our leadership team had a great time at the Greater Rochester Young Professionals 2026 Conference, hosted by the Rochester Chamber of Commerce. It was a great day of learning, networking and connecting with other Rochester professionals.

We heard from an incredible lineup of speakers, including Maisha Beard, Dr. Joseph Stefko, Stephanie Johnson, Amit Chitre and Herb Escher, with Hope Breen as emcee.

Lots of great conversations, plenty to think about and a pretty great way to spend a Wednesday!
