The club has had a few items go missing in the last month or two. ๐Ÿ˜ฅโ˜น๏ธ

Please remember that having the club open between meetings when it is is a privelidge. The board reserves the right to go back to locking the building between meetings if needed to keep things from growing legs. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Missing:
- Back room TV that was on table, used for hybrid meetings in winter
- Printer from the office room
- Dr. Bobโ€™s Humility Plaque
- Roku Stream stick on big room TV

Some ideas ๐Ÿ’ก for your consideration

ONE OFFS:
- organize and promote a ๏ฟผclub deep clean day before fall

- record and review current ๏ฟผpamphlet inventory, make a list of some new ones and get more variety ordered

LONGER COMITTMENTS:
- Club President, currently open (glue between board and squad, attends the board meetings and chairs the squad meeting every 3rd Monday), 1y.

- Pioneer Club GSR for 2027 (glue between club and district, attend district 1/month on 3rd Wednesdays attend squad 1/month on 3rd Mondays), 1y.

- Activities Chair for 2027 (organize, promote, and supply events for Pioneer averaging 1 event every 2 months is possible!), 1y.

- Detox Chair, currently open (take a meeting 1st, 3rd, 5th Sundays 7PMs at Zumbro valley), 1y.

- Additional Facebook Admin, unofficial position (help post events/flyers and answer questions that come in on messenger as needed), 1y.
