We are thrilled to announce that Catlain Fell (pictured on right), Administrative Assistant, is named the Employee of the Month!

Catlain was recognized for her hard work and extra efforts with supporting the staff training, readiness, and go-live of our new Electronic Health Record system. This project was a significant lift and we appreciate Catlain being a Super User and subject matter expert in addition to her other duties. Catlain jumps in and is willing to help no matter how much she has on her plate.

This Memorial Day, we pause in remembrance of the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

At Charter House, we honor their sacrifice through our Fallen Comrade Table — a powerful reminder of those who are no longer with us, but whose courage and dedication will never be forgotten. Each element of the table symbolizes the loss, sacrifice, and enduring gratitude we hold for our fallen heroes.
