This week, seven of our ladies had the opportunity to attend the Melody Makers of Indiana Workshop in Terre Haute!
Over the course of three days, they learned 12 new songs, then recorded them on the final day. The music in this packet will be used throughout the 2026–2027 season, and the recordings will help Melody Makers members across the state learn and practice the repertoire.
One of the highlights this year was staying together in a beautiful Airbnb. Having everyone under one roof made the experience even more special, giving us extra time to relax, and enjoy each other’s company after long days of singing.
We were also thrilled to spend time with former chorus member Cassie Jones, who now lives near Terre Haute. She stopped by to visit us on the last evening. (We were having so much fun that we forgot to take a picture—sorry, Cassie!)
This workshop is always full of hard work, beautiful music, new friendships, and plenty of laughter. We came home inspired, refreshed, and excited for the season ahead.
