🌟 Celebrating Alaina Jones! 🌟

This morning, we gathered to celebrate our Assistant Director of Girl Experience, Alaina Jones, who was honored as a 2026 Purposeful Woman of Faith in the Woman in the Community category.

For the past five years, Alaina has worked to expand opportunities for girls throughout the City of Buffalo — intentionally removing barriers so more girls can access experiences that build confidence, character, leadership and a greater sense of possibility.

Her nomination beautifully captures what so many of us know to be true: Alaina makes people feel seen, supported and capable of achieving more than they may have imagined. And, as her nominator Michelle A. Martin put it, “Alaina has a voice! Alaina is a voice.” She uses that voice to advocate for opportunity, encourage others and remind young women that they belong and are capable.

It was a joy to gather this morning to celebrate Alaina and this very well-deserved recognition. Congratulations, Alaina! We are so proud of you! 💚✨
