President: Dear friends, supporters of 👨🏾‍🦯👩🏼‍🦽 WAHA, I am sharing with you an update to the website. We try to make it easier for our helpers to render any services & support. Thank you, & we greatly appreciate. Only through your support, by God's help, we're able to achieve our goals. Likewise, as we speak we're undertaking a huge task in a refugee camp called Kounkan in Guinea. We're providing skilled training activities such as tailoring etc. People are in serious need of assistance. Recently, one of our blind members was killed..So your help is needed urgently..Thanks, Remain Blessed 🙏🏿 😇

WAHA is both a ministry and a mission whose goals are somewhat different than many other African missions. You see, we are dedicated to a segment of African society that is often left to fend for themselves, when they are the least able to do so.

__Our organization strives to provide socialization, trauma counseling, Braille instruction for the blind, computer training, skill training, adaptive equipment, and support to disabled individuals in West Africa and the United States, helping our clients to achieve greater self-reliance, usefulness, and dignity.

Dear Friends,

Please support WAHA that we may continue our institution by making a financial gift of any amount or donating supplies such as building materials, walkers, wheelchairs, crutches, canes, braillers, slates, watches, sunshade glasses, toys, games, baby items, cameras, equipment for skill training and mobility. Including office supplies e.g. note pads, notebooks, pens, highlighters, whiteout correction fluid, staplers, staple remover, hole punchers, pencils and sharpeners, clipboards, ring binders, rubber bands, calculators, scissors, scotch, duct, packing & adhesive tapes, envelopes, stamps, post-it note, and filing cabinet. Computer supplies, generators, air conditioners, clocks, office furniture such as tables, and chairs. We also accept attires and shoes of all sizes and ages. Girl’s accessories, shoes, socks, and clothing for males, females’ adults and children. Please remember the disabled and less unfortunate in society that needs your support. They and WAHA cannot do without you both financially and materially. As you know that this group needs skill training equipment, medical treatment, in order to be self-reliant, self-supporting. There's so much they can accomplish with your help. WAHA is a 501-C3 tax deductible. WAHA is non-denominational. Fellow friends, please know that disability is never inability. If you help these people, God will continue to bless you more abundantly. Briefly, I would like you to know that disability comes through birth, illness, war, & accident. Anyone can be disabled at any time. Only by the grace of God. Therefore dear friends, supporters, and well-wishers; you can make a difference in these people's lives. We can work together to make this course a successful one through the grace of God. Do you know that at some point in my life I was well healthy, could do things & perform activities on my own without supervision? For example walking around, playing sports, fishing & attending school etc. Pitifully today I'm disabled. I would like to extend my appreciation to an organization that has stood by me by providing clothing and footwear to some of our disables and the needy residing in Liberia. Therefore I encourage, urge, appeal and admonish you to make a difference today. It's never too late! Thank you. God bless you and the works of your hands.
