Gates Chili Little League is looking for volunteers to help with:

Sponsorship Coordinators/Liaisons: re-vamp our sponsorship packages, reach out to potential sponsors, and/or maintain a relationship with our sponsors

Graphic Designers: design fundraising shirts, fall ball shirts, yard signs, and/or fliers

Event Planners: put together prizes, giveaways, and games for a farmer’s market table, Summer Celebration table, Walt Disney’s Fall Family Fun Fest, and/or other similar events

Groundskeepers: work with the Town of Gates to get the fields at Westgate playable for Fall Ball and/or maintained during Fall Ball

Clinic Coaches: lead 1 or more 30-min clinics before a game that focuses on a baseball technique or skill

Coaches/Assistant Coaches: Assist with pitching, umping, catching, coaching in the field, base coaching, creating a line up, and/or assigning field positions

Talent Acquisition: assist in finding more volunteers and board members

Gates Chili Little League is looking for a volunteer to help train our new coaches! 🧢
We need someone who knows the basics of baseball and game strategy, can teach with patience and enthusiasm, and wouldn’t mind being a go-to for questions throughout the season.
Bonus points if you're open to coaching a team too! 🙌
