You can help your neighbors in the city of Rochester by adopting a shelf at our Food Pantry! Rochester has the highest food insecurity in New York State. Trillium Health's Food Pantry intentionally remains as barrier free as possible and serves anyone in the city of Rochester who comes through our doors with a need for food. We need your help to continue doing so.

Adopt-A-Shelf sponsorships begin at $1,500- stocking shelves in our food pantry for a full year! Check out the link below to learn more about how you can help keep our community fed.

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we will be able to offer Pride Grants once again this year. When available, excess funds raised through the Rochester Pride Parade & Festival are reinvested in our community to support LGBTQ+ events, programs, and initiatives throughout the Greater Rochester area. The Pride Grant Application is now open, and submissions will be accepted through November 30, 2026.

We’re accepting school supplies and monetary donations through July 24th to distribute to the community. See the list below for items we’re looking for, or donate to our Back to School Fund to purchase additional supplies for the drive. Email us at [email protected] to set up a drop off time and be sure to add ‘Back to School’ to the memo for monetary donations through Trillium Health’s website.

This award recognizes and honors an individual who has provided outstanding advocacy and service towards ending the HIV epidemic. Diane has exemplified humility in her continued effort to champion Trillium Health and our work towards ending the epidemic.
