We are launching a new program, called Steps To Success Rochester - a FREE economic mobility mentoring program that pairs eligible families with a dedicated mentor for up to 2 years.

Eligible residents:
Rochester ZIP Codes 14605, 14608, 14611, or 14621
Household with a child under 18
Eligible for TANF or Active recipient

If there is an exchange of body fluids like vaginal fluids, semen, or blood, a STI or HIV can be passed from a person who is positive for any STI including HIV to their sexual partner. Action Front Center located at 33 Chestnut Street second floor Rochester, NY 14604 has free sexual health items including condoms and l**e daily Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Just ask the receptionist for your free sexual health items.
