Confronting the Wall documentary in progress
Confronting the Wall is a documentary film about transformation. The catalyst driving the change is a collection of mural art projects in the heart of Rochester, New York. The story will follow a group of youth who take on a project in their severely depressed and impoverished neighborhood; juxtaposed with an internationally recognized street art project, Wall Therapy. We will see each set of artists, individually and together, confront empty wall walls and transform the space into something new, something purposeful -- much in the same way that art has the power to bring color to once empty-feeling lives.
