Every Tuesday & Thursday the team is busy prepping for market, cutting gouda cheese, weighing fresh fruit for smoothies, de-molding popsicles, slicing onions, and caramelizing them to perfection. They also practice important business skills by counting tips and tracking sales from food and puppet sales.It’s all about teamwork, responsibility, and creating something delicious for the community. My employees and I attended the Future Fair 🎓, where we had the chance to connect with students and help them learn about a wide range of career paths 💼. We shared insights, answered questions, and used AI technology 🤖 to show them what they might look like in the future based on the career they chose, making the experience both educational and exciting ✨.
