Thank you to Holly Gilligan, MA, RD, CDN, for presenting on REDs, conducting a cooking demo, and guiding us on a tour of UR Medicine's new Fitness Science facilities. Members of GLRAND gained valuable insights into the population being referred to Holly for REDs, how to assess these patients, and ways to help them achieve their health and performance goals.

Holly prepared "Energy Bites," a nutrient-dense snack that has been a hit with the athletes she works with. GLRAND members then had the opportunity to try these bites themselves.

A big thank you to the GLRAND Program Planning Committee for organizing another successful event!

At a recent (GLRAND) event, members gathered at Global Health Products for a session titled “Integrating High-Quality Supplements into Patient Care.” Attendees enjoyed a tour of the facility to see firsthand how Global Health Products (headquarters in Rochester, NY) produces their nutritional supplements and sampled some delicious mocktails crafted with their LiquaCel® and PUSH20+ !
