Subject: Excessive Noise and Speed of Dangerous Motorcycles, Trucks and Cars on Salmon Falls Rd.
Dangerous and abusive traffic conditions here on Salmon Falls Rd.
and excessive motorcycle noise and speed violations from the stop sign at the intersection of Salmon Falls Rd. and Portland St., where defiant motorcycle riders purposely rev the engines with their loud illegal exhaust pipes on a regular basis.
They also sprint off the stop line and blasting off like vehicles do on a drag strip.
It is against the law to "operate any vehicle on any traveled way so as to misuse the power of that vehicle."
