Staff Spotlight 💡

Willow Domestic Violence Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Tiffany Welch-Quinn, MSW, MPA, LNHA (she, her) to its executive leadership team. As Chief Operating Officer, Welch-Quinn will oversee the delivery of Willow Center’s survivor-centered programs and services throughout the Greater Rochester region.

Most recently holding the position of Nursing Home Administrator with Rochester Regional Health (RRH), Welch-Quinn has a proven commitment to excellence and a record of progressively responsible positions in long-term care, residential facilities, social work management, and clinical social work. She is a member of the Rochester Business Journal’s (RBJ) Forty under 40 Class of 2017 in recognition of her transformative leadership in the workplace and community.

While at Unity Living Center on the Rochester Regional St. Mary's campus, Welch-Quinn revamped Ancillary Services to meet the Eden Alternative person-centered approach. She played a key role in the center’s consecutive improvement quarters, resulting in the facility moving up to three quality stars from one star when she began. In 2017, she was tapped to host the Administrator in Training program, undertook renovation of unused patient areas to create quiet relaxation spaces for residents, and redeveloped the long-term care new employee orientation to meet NYS DOH regulatory requirements.

We are thrilled to welcome Tiffany to Team Willow! 👏
