Law Enforcement Day! Photo Drop Part 2!

Law Enforcement Day was about more than exploring careers. It was also about helping our girls become more alert, informed, and confident as they move through the world.

Through interactive activities and conversations with the New York State Police Troop E, they learned how texting while driving can change a life in seconds, how situational awareness can help keep them and others safe, why knowing their friends and surroundings matters, and how to detect changes within a room.

Our girls also discovered the many opportunities available to women in law enforcement and other service careers. We are proud to encourage them to consider pathways where they can protect, lead, serve, and strengthen their communities.

Thank you to Troop E, Trooper Bronson Cole, and Trooper Drew for investing your time, expertise, and encouragement in the next generation.

Law Enforcement Day! Photo Drop Part 1:

Our girls had the incredible opportunity to spend the day with the New York State Police Troop E, learning more about careers built around service, leadership, courage, and community responsibility.

Throughout the experience, they were introduced to different areas of law enforcement and were able to see that there is a place for women in every part of public service. Moments like these help girls imagine new possibilities for themselves and understand that their voices, skills, and leadership are needed in these careers.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Troop E, Trooper Bronson Cole, and Trooper Drew for creating such a meaningful and inspiring experience for our girls.

What a year it has been!

Our Girls Leadership Committee recently gathered at The Toast Factory to celebrate their hard work, growth, and accomplishments throughout the year. These young leaders have shown incredible dedication, shared their voices, supported one another, and helped shape the future of our Girls Initiative.

We are so proud of everything they have accomplished and grateful for the memories we created together. Enjoy your summer, girls! We cannot wait to begin another powerful year together in September.
