Our guests had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious Cooking Up Hope dinner served by Federated Insurance! A huge thank-you to everyone at Federated Insurance for coming out, serving a wonderful meal, and taking the time to share great conversations and meaningful moments with our guests.

It’s so much more than a meal—it’s about connection, kindness, and making our guests feel special and supported. What a wonderful night filled with good food, great conversations, and full hearts! 🥰🍽️

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and people-focused Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Hope Lodge in Rochester, MN!

As our Guest Relations Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:

✨ Lead, support, and manage our amazing staff
✨ Be the primary point of contact for our guests
✨ Create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment
✨ Help ensure our guests have a positive experience while staying at Hope Lodge
✨ Build meaningful relationships with guests, staff, volunteers, and our community partners
✨ Be part of a team whose work directly supports cancer patients and their caregivers during treatment at Mayo Clinic

This is a position where what you do truly matters. Every day brings an opportunity to provide support, kindness, and a welcoming place to call home when our guests need it most.
