This Easter season is a great reminder of the importance of kindness, compassion, and supporting the young people in our communities who need it most. We were honored to contribute Easter baskets, but the real impact comes from continued community support throughout the year.

180 Youth Shelter provides a safe place, guidance, and encouragement for youth who are facing difficult circumstances. They are currently looking for mentors and supporters who are willing to make a difference in a young person’s life.

If you have ever considered giving back, this is a meaningful way to help shape a brighter future for our youth. Donations, mentorship, and community involvement truly matter.

Let’s continue spreading kindness and encouragement this Easter season and beyond.

It takes a community effort to brighten the days of youth in our shelter. Shout out to Century/John Marshall Girls Hockey Team for their donation drive.

Donated items included name-brand hygiene items, clothing, underwear, socks, books, games, mugs, and more!!! They know just what teens want and need!

Our shelter team in Rochester sends a big “Thank you” to Mayo Clinic for their incredibly generous support in expanding shelter and health supports for southeast Minnesota youth experiencing homelessness and family crisis. Funds will increase access to care and mental health support.

A weekend full of pizza, bowling, and lots of competitive video gaming!

A huge thanks to three amazing Winona State University graduate students from the Clinical Mental Health program for volunteering their time to hang out with our youth. The kids loved getting to ask them questions about college and their life experiences!!
