CHNA-Project C.O.A.C.H. Charles House Neighbors in Action (CHNA) is going on its 3rd year. We are a diverse group that is here to be the voice of the neighborhood.

Funded by the Greater Rochester Health Foundation and hosted by Charles Settlement House, We stand for JOSANA residents being empowered to improve their lives and neighborhood by making healthy life choices We are neighborhood residents, businesses, church members and all who care about our community.
