🥳🥳Today is my birthday! 🥳🥳
🤨I've had a few people ask what I'll be doing to celebrate. And, thanks to the power of the almighty cell phone camera, now you can see for yourself!🤓
👨🔧I'll be working on getting this two-bedroom apartment back online and looking good. It's a bit rough around the edges now, but it has great bones and character.
It might not be the ideal way to spend a birthday for most (or many at all 😅), and being a landlord is definitely not all sunshine and rainbows, but I really am grateful for the opportunity to make a house like this shine again! 🤩
🧐We're pushing to have this apartment move-in ready by November 1st.😎
⏳Between now and then, we'll be clearing everything out, repairing any damaged plaster, painting all walls and ceilings along with the front porch, repairing the porch box, replacing the bathroom vanity and flooring as well as refinishing the tub, installing new kitchen cabinets, and refinished hardwoods... Just to name a few! 🫠

Believe it or not, we've done more with less time! It's amazing how much you can get done with the right crew and a strong network of supporters! 🦸♀️🦸🦸♂️🤯
In any case, we've got less than three week to find out. Hopefully, we'll have some "after" photos for you then. 😅
