Come out to the grounds this weekend for this fun event!

Join us for a cozy winter event benefiting a fantastic cause! Mechanical History Round Table is once again hosting a fun-filled afternoon complete with sleigh rides, sweet treats, and a warming bonfire at the Ralph Stoppel Farmstead! Bring your sweetie and whole family out on Valentines Day, February 14th, 2026, from 10am - 4pm, all donated proceeds go to support the Special Olympics! Come make some memories while making a difference! We can't wait to see you there!
The History Center will be open with $5 admission and FREE for children and members.

Come enjoy horse drawn sleigh rides this Valentine's Day! Bring your sweetheart or some friends and enjoy! Hot chocolate and cookies will be provided to enjoy around the bonfire!

Rides are free and all donations go to the Special Olympics! Hope to see you there!

Because of the wet weather during our Days of Yesteryear, we will be threshing the oats this afternoon (Monday, August 11, 2025). If you would like to help or, just watch, you are welcome to come out to the farm (HCOC Grounds). It looks like better weather for doing the threshing today!

We are set up again at the History Center of Olmsted until 4pm today! We think this is such a nice setting - it would be a great location for Red Barn Learning Farm 😉

Update!!

The Hens and Chicks will no longer be playing and the 11:15 Roosters game is cancelled. The last two games of today are still on to be played! Keep an eye on the Roosters Base Ball Club of Rochester, MN page for updates
