Scaring the Community for Decades

The Tunnel of Terror Haunted House has been run by the Rochester Area Jaycees (JCI Rochester Area) since the 1970s. The Jaycees are a local group of 21-40 year-olds focused on leadership development through community service, personal & professional development, and project management. We work with numerous organizations in the area as well as the local governments and chambers to make a greater impact. The Tunnel of Terror helps raise funds to run programs in our community that benefit local home-bound seniors, local families in need, college-bound seniors, deployed soldiers, and many others in the Rochester area. Our chapter was founded in 1958 as part of JCI Michigan, JCI USA, and JCI International. The Jaycees organization was founded in 1920.

When guests come to experience the Tunnel of Terror, they should prepare to experience a voyage of fright and terror. Guests coil through seemingly endless pitch black corridors with mayhem and madness lurking around every corner. We push the limits of your psyche and put your phobias to the ultimate test through our maze of darkness and horror.
