Join us for our last two Wednesdays of "Summer Unplugged"🏖 -- Pool Night on the 12th and Worship Night on the 19th.

James 4 just reminded us not to boast... so we’ll try to keep this humble. 😅

But we can’t help bragging on our students and young adults for a minute.

When we decided to keep youth group going all summer, we hoped it would create opportunities for students to lead. What we’ve seen has exceeded our expectations. They didn’t just show up — they stepped up.

They’ve set-up our spaces.
They’ve led worship.
They’ve welcomed new students.
They’ve preached messages.

They have taken ownership of their ministry in a way that has been incredible to watch.

The future of the Church isn’t someday. It’s already here, and we’re grateful to be watching God grow leaders right in front of us.

So James, forgive us for this one post. We’re pretty proud of our students. ❤️

Need a mid-week reset? ☀️

Summer can get busy fast. Between camps, vacations, work, sports, late nights, and group chats, sometimes you just need a chance to slow down and reconnect with what matters most.

Take a deep breath, let go of the extra expectations, and join us tonight for worship, friends, and a message from one of your own.

🍪 Happy National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! 🍪

Let’s think about a chocolate chip cookie with no chocolate chips.

You bite in expecting greatness... and instead get disappointment.

James 4 reminds us that not everything is what it seems on the surface. We like to think our problems are “them”—our parents, teachers, siblings, friends, coaches, that one group project partner. But James says the real battle is often happening inside our own hearts.

Turns out the biggest drama isn’t always around us. Sometimes it’s within us. 👀

The good news? Jesus doesn’t leave us stuck fighting “the war within.” He gives grace, changes hearts, and helps us become who He created us to be.

Now go celebrate National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day the way God intended: with an unreasonable number of cookies. 🍪🍪🍪
