The June Membership Meeting was an exciting one as we welcomed a large group of new members into the IBEW Local 343 family!

It was inspiring to see such a diverse group taking the oath—from experienced journeypersons choosing a new career path with the IBEW to new apprentices beginning their journey in the electrical industry. Each of them represents the bright future of our Local and the continued growth of our Brotherhood.

Whether you're bringing years of experience or just starting your career, you've joined an organization built on skill, solidarity, and opportunity. We look forward to seeing each of you grow, succeed, and help build the future alongside your union brothers and sisters.

Please join us in welcoming our newest members to IBEW Local 343. Congratulations, and welcome to the Brotherhood!
