Sojourner House at PathStone serves homeless women and children by providing housing, self-sufficiency skills and education programs, including afterschool tutoring and performing arts classes for kids. When families arrive at Sojourner House, they are immediately paired with a case manager, who helps them set goals and work through the underlying problems that caused their homelessness, including
mental illness, poverty, addiction, inadequate education, domestic violence and abuse. We are a continuum-of-care organization, offering support at varying levels through our transitional housing, permanent supportive housing and outreach programs.
