Normally, we only have an Open House the last Saturday of each month. But today we held a special event for Autisum Up and were delighted to have them visit with us. So great to be part of bringing enjoyable new experiences to this deserving group of people.

An earlier post on this page about this coming Saturday and sunday (2-21 & 22) was an error. The Edgerton Model Railroad Room WILL NOT BE OPEN to the public on those dates. The next Free Open House for the general public will be Saturday, February 28th. Apologies for causing any confusion.

While we gratefully appreciate the story about Edgerton that ran in the 11pm newscast on 13WHAM TV on 12-27, they incorrectly stated the train room would be open on Sunday, 12-28. We WILL NOT have an open house that day (tomorrow as I write this.)
Our regular monthly Open Houses will resume at the end of January and continue on the last Satuday of each month through November.

Rochester, N.Y. — The Edgerton Model Railroad Club held its Holiday open house on Saturday allowing visitors to step back in time.

The public is invited to the final FREE Open House of the holiday season at Edgerton Model Railroad Room Saturday, December 27th from 11am till 2 pm. Come check out our four huge interactive and highly detailed layouts. Great entertainment for young and old as well as a memorable stop for friends and family visiting you. The train room is in Edgerton Rec Center, 41 Backus Street in Rochester, NY.
