We’re happy to announce that our Spring Flag Football Program has been updated to now include Pre-K & Kindergarten players!

Only $50 for Pre-K & Kindergarten!

A fun, family-friendly way for our youngest athletes to learn the game, build confidence, and make new friends this spring!

Season Dates: April 12 – May 24

RYFL & Legacy Cheer are taking over the mat during 🍂FALL & ❄️WINTER!! We are a one stop shop for sideline and competitive cheerleading!!

🗓️WHEN: JUNE 23rd @ Rochester Rec. Center - 5:30pm for athletes entering grades 1st-8th, interested in fall comp team placement.
*Sideline only team options available as well. (grades K-8)
