What a fun way to wrap up our 3rd Annual Girls Sports & Mentorship Camp! 🏈💕

This week, our girls focused on learning the fundamentals of flag football, led by Coach Jakayla and joined by a special guest, SUNY Brockport Women’s Flag Football head coach, Coach Everett!

Thank you for sharing your time, expertise, and inspiring our girls to step outside of their comfort zones. We had so much fun learning from you!

We’re so grateful for everyone who helped make these last three weeks such a special experience. Stay tuned for our camp photo dump as we celebrate the growth, sisterhood, and some of the best moments!

Have a great rest of your summer! ☀️

Three years. One incredible partnership. Countless smiles. 💙💛

Last week, we were beyond excited to welcome back the amazing coaches from Rochester Women’s Lacrosse for the third consecutive year at our Girls Sports & Mentorship Camp!

This year, our girls had the opportunity to learn both lacrosse and soccer, gaining new skills, building confidence, and embracing the excitement of trying something new. We had so much fun learning and playing together. ✨

A huge THANK YOU to the University of Rochester Women's Lacrosse program for continuing to pour into our girls year after year. Your time, encouragement, and leadership continue to inspire and empower our girls, helping them build confidence, embrace new challenges, and grow into strong young women.

One of the greatest joys of this work is watching our girls grow into leaders and pour into the next generation. 💕

From participants in our programs to now serving as camp staff, leading their own camps, and sharing their stories as ambassadors of our organization.

Chasity, Gabriela, Jakayla, and Nakayla - we are so proud of the leaders you’ve become. Your dedication, confidence, and passion inspire us all.

Keep shining, leading, and making an impact. We’re so proud of you! 🦋

Year 3 is off to an amazing start! ✨

What a great first week of our Girls Sports & Mentorship Camp! The smiles, new friendships, and confidence reminds us why we do this work. ❤️

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing camp staff for bringing the energy, encouragement, and care that make this camp such a special experience.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the administration and staff at School #53 for welcoming us onto your campus, Wegmans for providing healthy snacks and drinks, Cassan’s Catering and Restaurant for providing nutritious lunches that keep our girls fueled each day, and our families for trusting us!

We’re so grateful for Ms. Angel of AR Events & Decor for leading our mentorship sessions and pouring into our girls with wisdom and inspiration.

We couldn’t do this without the support of Rochester Area Community Foundation and Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, thank you for believing in our mission and investing in opportunities that expand access to sports and recreation. Your support makes experiences like this possible. 🌸

Week 2 is already underway, and we can’t wait for what’s ahead with !
