A perfect day at Seabreeze!

Our residents spent a day making memories with one another, and through our Family Reunification Program, many were joined by their children, babies, and partners.

Fun isn't just fun... it's good for mental health. Thrill rides, laughter, and shared experiences help reduce stress, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and remind us that joy is an important part of healing and recovery.

We are so proud of Jennifer House alumna Maryann and Jennifer for sharing their stories with law students in Manhattan during a Pro Bono Client Spotlight hosted by Davis Polk.

Maryann and Jennifer spoke about the life-changing impact of pro bono legal advocacy and how dedicated attorneys helped them navigate the legal system, secure resentencing, and ultimately return home sooner to continue rebuilding their lives. They also gave some shoutouts to Jennifer House and its role is their reentry.

Successful reentry takes a community of people and groups working together to help individuals overcome barriers and create new opportunities. We are grateful to Denis and the entire Davis Polk team for their commitment to justice and for helping others better understand the realities and possibilities of reentry.
