Our 5K Walk & Talk was a success! 🎉

Thank you to every member, family member, friend, and community supporter who came out and walked with us. We laughed, talked, encouraged one another, and took another step toward building a healthier, stronger community—one conversation at a time. 🩵🚶🏾‍♀️

Rain may have changed our location, but it definitely didn’t change our spirit! We made the best of it and showed what sisterhood, wellness, and community are all about.

To our amazing ZAMC ladies—you all showed up and showed OUT! Thank you for your dedication, positive energy, and commitment to making this event a success. I couldn’t be prouder of what we’re building together. 🩵

This is just the beginning. We can’t wait to see even more faces at our next event!

🌧️ Important Update 🌧️

Due to the forecasted weather, we have made the decision to postpone our 5K Walk & Talk originally scheduled for Sunday, August 2.

The safety and well-being of our members, families, friends, and community supporters will always come first. While we’re disappointed that we won’t be walking together this weekend, we’re looking forward to rescheduling and making it an even better event!

📅 A new date will be announced soon, so stay tuned to our social media pages for updates.
