The future is so bright and full of promise!
A world of possibility!
So many things are here for us now.

The comforts we enjoy provide us a rare opportunity to delve into the depths of the sacred heart of being. Sometimes, though, it takes a little discomfort to shake us out of our sleep and to begin to really Dream the life we are here to live.

As we approach the Summer Solstice, where the hours of daylight are longest, we are immersed in the energy of creation, energizing and manifestation.

Whether this is a time of comfort or a time of challenge, we have the opportunity to live a life that fulfills us.

We dream our world into being. We are actively creating our experience, whether we are aware of it or not.

Lets just entertain the idea that everything is energy. This whole amazing planet we live on is made up of energy, in various forms and manifestations. And we ourselves are made of energy.

Just like the earth and everything around us.

How do we learn to harness all of that to create our best life?

Those are things I love thinking about, exploring and experiencing.

Dan and I are hosting an event in honor of the Summer Solstice on June 21st. It will be a healing, rejuvenating and empowering event where you will have time to clarify and energize what you want to create in your life.

I regularly teach Max Meditation at Red Lotus Yoga and each event has a theme. April 5th I will be talking about a topic I'm super excited about!

There are many ways to understand the elements of a complete spiritual path. A complete Path is more than one thing. More than just meditation. More than just prayer. More than just yoga or energy movement practice. More than just connecting with something larger than the "little you". A complete Path must help you master all the elements of You.

One way to understand this is by understanding the methods to mastering the five elements that make up You: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Spirit.

I will be introducing these Key elements in this special Friday evening workshop. Then I will be guiding you through an experience of Max Meditation.
