❤️ Thank You to Our Amazing Soccer Coaches and College Players! ❤️⚽

A huge thank you to our dedicated soccer coaches and incredible college soccer players for volunteering their time and talents at the Pamoja Summer Soccer Camp!

One of the greatest joys is seeing youth who once participated in Pamoja programs grow into successful young adults, attend college, and then return to give back to the next generation. Your leadership, mentorship, and commitment inspire our young athletes both on and off the field.

Thank you for showing our youth what is possible through hard work, education, teamwork, and community service. You are helping build confidence, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging for the next generation of Pamoja youth.

Together, we are creating a cycle of empowerment where today’s participants become tomorrow’s leaders.

What an amazing way to end the school year!

We are incredibly grateful to our dedicated staff, volunteers, families, and community partners for making another successful year of after-school enrichment possible. Together, we created a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where our youth could learn, grow, and thrive.

As we celebrate the accomplishments of this year, we are excited to continue the fun and learning this summer! Pamoja Women Organization’s Summer Enrichment Program begins on June 10, followed by our Summer Soccer Camp on June 11.

Thank you for your continued support and commitment to our youth. We look forward to another season of learning, leadership, friendship, and fun!

Pamoja! Together we grow, learn, and succeed. ☀️⚽📚💙

Eid al-Adha Mubarak from Pamoja Women ✨

On this blessed occasion of Eid al-Adha, we extend our warmest wishes to all families in our community and beyond. May this Eid bring peace, joy, good health, and endless blessings to your homes. 🌙💛

Eid reminds us of the importance of compassion, sacrifice, unity, and caring for one another — values that continue to guide the work of Pamoja Women every day.

We are grateful for our community, volunteers, partners, and families who continue to support and uplift one another. Together, we continue building a stronger, healthier, and more connected community for women, children, and families.

May your celebrations be filled with love, laughter, and togetherness.

As we get closer to the end of the school year, many of our youth especially those graduating this year have so many important questions: What school should I commit to? What major should I explore? What career path is right for me?

At Pamoja Women, we are always looking for ways to connect our youth with opportunities, mentorship, and inspiration. We are grateful that Pamoja Women was invited by the Greater Leadership Opportunities for Women (GLOW) group at Mayo Clinic last week to attend a Career Night for youth .

For many of our families, this is the very first time navigating the college journey. Many parents have never had the opportunity to attend college themselves, so it is up to us as a community at Pamoja Women to help both parents and youth understand and navigate this major step in their lives.

This event was such a rewarding experience, giving young people a chance to learn, ask questions, explore career options, and see what is possible for their future.

We are thankful to the GLOW group at Mayo Clinic for creating space for our youth and helping them dream bigger about their education, careers, and leadership journey.

Our Friend to Friend program helps us teach prevention in a way that is culturally relevant, trusted, and community-centered.

The partnership we have with Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center , has truly been heaven sent. We are so grateful for the amazing providers and teams we have connected with across oncology, research, internal medicine, and more.

A special thank you to Manal Abbadi Whitfield and Anavelia Segura and your incredible team for always showing up for our community with care, knowledge, and respect.

Last week, we hosted our colorectal cancer prevention event, and WOW our women continue to make their health a priority. They came with thoughtful questions and left with so much knowledge from the providers.

Thank you to our Physical Assistant Sawra A. Maurer. Her work focuses on empowering patients through early detection, evidence-based care, and community-centered health education.

This is what prevention looks like. This is what empowerment looks like. This is Pamoja Women.

So grateful for our youth and the powerful example they continue to set.

This amazing young lady started a food drive through the Century High School Multicultural Student Union to support Pamoja Women Organization and her leadership has already made such a meaningful impact.

Her kindness, initiative, and commitment to helping families remind us that young people are not just the future; they are making a difference right now.

These food drives help us continue supporting families through our food pantry and basic needs programs, especially during a time when many families are facing increased hardship.

We are so proud of her and grateful to the Century High School MSU for choosing Pamoja Women and showing what community care looks like.
