Wilson Commencement Park Wilson Commencement Park provides individualized case management, next-step housing assistance, and educational programs.

Provides program and services in an affordable, transitional housing community for low income, single parent families striving to achieve economic and social stability, increase their independent earning power, and break the cycle of poverty. Wilson Commencement Park has fifty 2 & 3 bedroom townhouse units (12 are Handicap Accessible). Destiny has eighteen 2 & 3 bedroom apartments (all are Handicap Accessible). Wilson Commencement Park is open to single-parent families who demonstrate the desire and motivation to benefit from and make maximum use of all services offered. Happy Friday Presents Plant a seed nourish it and watch it grow into a beautiful sunflower. This 🌻 is brought to you by one of our WCP. Summer Camp Experience 2026 Camppers. Planted as a seed back in July during our first week of camp. It was STEM week and each camper designed their hanging flower 🌼 pot . They planted their seeds and took care of them for 6 weeks. Look at his Sunflower now . Ill keep planting the seeds because I love the beauty that it produces.

Our WCP Book Bag Event on September 4, 2026 was a great success! We had a wonderful time celebrating our families and helping our children get ready for the new school year.

Wow week three of our WCP Summer Camp Experience 🏕 Animal and Insect week theme went a little like something this today. The three teams completed their movable art piece to showcase In front of one another and our two Special Judges. The three teams had to come up with something related to a animal or insect and make it movable. We had to work together as a team and showcase at the end of their Thursday week. From starting with Team Stars =Under the Sea. , Team Lightning, = The Frog Pond,Team Butterfly = Dancing Parrot .

Congratulations young people and congratulation team leaders, success winners.Everyone a winner ! We want to thank the Lincoln library staff for joining us this week and making it a success.
