The VAMHS Foundation is deeply saddened by the passing of William J. O’Neil Jr., a cherished donor, visionary philanthropist, and founder of the O’Neill Foundation.

Through his unwavering generosity, compassionate leadership, and steadfast commitment to improving the lives of others, Bill made a lasting impact on our community and the countless individuals served through charitable initiatives. His dedication to supporting veterans, healthcare, and community well-being reflected a life devoted to service and giving.
