PRS Investor Pipeline Program!

Designed for young adults ages 16–22, this 3-month program goes beyond the classroom—students learn directly from investors, entrepreneurs, and finance professionals while building skills they can use for life.

Students will gain hands-on experience in:

💰 Budgeting, credit & financial literacy
📈 Investing & wealth-building
💡 Entrepreneurship & business development
🎤 Public speaking & investor pitching
🤝 Mentorship & professional networking
🏆 The PRS Capital Challenge Pitch Competition

📍 Freddie Thomas Middle School
📅 Starting February 2
🗓️ Tuesdays & Thursdays, every other week
⏰ 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

Are you an entrepreneur, or business leader in the Rochester area?

PRS Youth Development is looking for YOU to join our Investor Pipeline Program as an in-classroom mentor — and here's the key word: you won't just inspire, you will TEACH.

Our students are ages 16–22 and hungry to learn the real stuff — investing, financial literacy, business development, and pitch strategy.

They need people who've been in the room. People who've built something. People like you. The time commitment is manageable: every other week, February through April only.

A few hours per session to change the trajectory of a young person's life. In return, you'll receive: :

🎉 🎉 ATTN. Rochester — We're doing something BIG for our young people.

We are beyond excited to officially announce the PRS Investor Pipeline Program — launching February 2026 right here in Rochester, NY!

This isn't your average after-school program. This is a structured, in-person investment and entrepreneurship experience built specifically for Rochester youth ages 16– 22 who are ready to learn how money, business, and investing actually work — from the people who live it every day.

Here's what makes this different: real investors, entrepreneurs, and Rochester business leaders will be IN THE CLASSROOM teaching our students. Not a lecture series. Not a Zoom call. Real faces, real knowledge, real community — every other week from February through April.

By the end of the program, students will walk away with:
✅ Financial literacy skills they can use immediately A foundation in investing —
✅ knowledge of stocks, assets, capital, and more A pitch-ready business idea they've built
✅ From the ground up A personal network of Rochester investors and
✅ entrepreneurs And it doesn't stop there.

The program culminates in the PRS Capital Challenge Pitch Competition — where students pitch their business ideas LIVE to a panel of real investors for a chance to win investment opportunities and connect with Rochester's business community.

After graduation, students enter the PRS Alumni Pipeline and Investment Club — because we're not just building skills, we're building a movement.
