🏆❤️ Let’s Celebrate Our Board President ❤️🏆

As we kick off the 4th Annual WNY Kiki Awards Ball, I want to take a moment to celebrate my co-founder, WNYBA President, and current WNY Kiki Council Chasmar Aponté aka The Legendary Overall Father Chasmar Deville (Chasmar DeVille Balmain Aponté )

Fun fact: The WNY Kiki Awards Ball was the very first event produced by WNYBA in 2022, and Chasmar and I had the opportunity to build that first one together.

From that first People’s Choice Awards Ball to today, Chasmar has continued to grow the vision and help make this one of the most anticipated balls in our region.

Since our first year, he has continued collaborating with some of the region’s amazing leaders — Haze 007, WNY Father Papi Juicy, and now WNY Mother Mando Pink Lady.

As his co-founder, I’m proud to watch something we started together continue to grow year after year.

Congratulations, Chasmar, on an incredible 2025–2026 calendar year! 👏🏾🏆

You’ve set a tone, created a tradition, and continued to pour into our ballroom community.

From the first Awards Ball in 2022 to the 4th Annual in 2026 — look how far we’ve come. ❤️

With love,
Nicholas Morgan (Nyk Tyrell )
