Our first 5 pounds of trash. All found in the bike trails north of Kellogg Middle School. Wow what a big day.
Ok so basically, I'm gonna try to pick one day a month were we go pick up trash in a place that needs it desperately. And I'm going to weigh all of it, because it will be so neat to see how much good happens.
Yes, there's not much that folks agree on anymore. If we're going to ever coexist effectively in a society ever again, we're going to need to return to the basics, and trash collection is one of society's most ancient conundrums. What the heck should we do with all of our garbage? Not sure, but I don't think anyone can argue that trash in public spaces and parks is a good thing. So let's get together occasionally and do the bare minimum. Go Rochester! Woohoo
