🎤🚨 Up next is Megan Columbo! As Yelp's Senior Community Manager in Rochester, Megan connects 585 residents with our city's great local businesses through remarkable event experiences, marketing partnerships, and online engagement. She is leading our session titled: Values-Driven Buying: Trends in Search. While the idea of conscious consumerism isn't new, buyers are looking to support businesses and organizations in line with their values more now than ever before. Searches for "Black-owned" went up 6500% in 2020, and mentions of "women-owned" in reviews are up 125%*. As potential supporters look to patronize organizations and businesses who best align with their sense of self, we'll work together in this session to ensure your brand has the resources needed to send a clear message to audiences, both new and returning, at the local level and beyond.
