In October, 2013, Armani, a 23lb Cockapoo, was brutally beaten during a home invasion. Armani survived only due to the loving care he received at the University of Missouri Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Upon seeing the astronomical vet bills that it took to keep Armani alive, Armani's mom, Jessica Robertson, decided to start Armani's Angels. Armani's Angels is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to assist in the treatment of ill or injured animals.

We’ve had several inquiries about our golf tournament this year, so we wanted to share an update. Unfortunately, we will not be hosting the tournament this year.

We are incredibly grateful for the love, support, and enthusiasm you’ve shown over the years. Thank you for always standing behind our mission—we appreciate each and every one of you! ❤️

Meet Shorty 💛

On Friday night, we received a call that this sweet, deeply loved girl needed emergency surgery to save her life. Shorty was suffering from a pyometra—an infected uterus—a serious but common condition in unspayed female dogs.

Thanks to the incredible team at Noah's Ark Animal Hospital & Bird Clinic , Shorty was stabilized overnight, giving her the strongest possible chance going into emergency surgery.

Her family shared this about their beloved girl:

“Shorty has been part of our family for over 12 years. She was our very first dog and the start of our little pack of three. She’s independent, gentle, and happiest just relaxing, being petted, or soaking in the world around her. She loves walks, sitting with us during movies, and simply being close. She’s not wild—she’s a people dog who just wants to be loved.”

Shorty is more than a pet—she’s family. And she’s exactly why we do what we do. 🐾💛
