Midland School #1 PTO Parent Teacher Organization for the children of Midland School #1 of Rochelle Park, NJ

Mission Statement:
Midland School PTO is organized for the purpose of supporting the education of the children at Midland School #1 by fostering relationships among school, parents, and teachers. This organization will also aid in the raising of funds to enrich every child's experience at Midland School #1.

What a wonderful way to close out another incredible school year! 🎉
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our final PTO meeting of the year. We enjoyed looking back on all we accomplished together through our Historian Presentation and celebrating the amazing volunteers, families, and staff who make our school community so special.
A special congratulations to our 2026 PTO Scholarship recipients:
🎓 Pritika Kadivedu – $1,250 Scholarship
🎓 Zoe Gonzalez – $1,350 Scholarship
🎓 Aleena Siddiqui – $1,400 Scholarship
We are so proud of these outstanding students and wish them continued success in their future endeavors.
We would also like to welcome our newly elected Board Members:
⭐ Kristen Occhino – Budget & Finance
⭐ Randi Schmidt – 2nd Vice President
As we welcome new leadership, we also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Tanya Rodrigues for her service as 2nd Vice President. Tanya has been a dedicated member of our PTO and school community, and while we are sad to see her move on, we wish her and her family all the best in this exciting new chapter. You will be greatly missed! ❤️

☀️🎉 What a great Middle School Field Day!
A huge thank you to Miss O’Brien and Mr. Haines for organizing another successful day of fun and friendly competition, and to our teachers for helping run events throughout the day.
We’re also grateful to our amazing PTO parent volunteers for donating their time, coolers and ice to help everyone stay comfortable in the heat. Thank you to the Kavanagh family for generously providing additional tents and misting fans to keep students cool throughout the day.
With plenty of water, oranges, and ice pops to keep everyone refreshed, it was a fantastic day filled with fun, teamwork, and school spirit! 🍊💧🍧
