What a great way to wrap up our first week of Summer Camp at Robstown Young Futures! 🚒☀️

A huge thank you to our local firefighters for spending time with our campers today and giving them an up-close look at the important work they do to keep our community safe.

From learning about fire safety to exploring the fire truck and meeting the crew, our campers had an unforgettable experience filled with excitement, curiosity, and plenty of smiles.

We are so grateful for community partners who invest their time in inspiring the next generation.

⚽️ Day 1 of our very first Indoor Soccer Camp was a huge success!

Our athletes spent the evening learning new skills, building confidence, making new friends, and having a blast in our safe, climate-controlled gym.

The energy was incredible from start to finish, and we loved seeing so much teamwork, encouragement, and excitement on the court.

A special thank you to Renee Hinojosa with First Community Mortgage for sponsoring our camp and helping make this experience possible for local youth.

Thank you to all of the families who joined us for an unforgettable first day. Day 2 is already off to a great start, and we can’t wait to see our athletes continue to grow, learn, and have fun throughout camp! ⚽️

From flash flood warnings to heat advisories, Robstown Young Futures is committed to keeping our campers safe. 🌧️☀️

With unpredictable weather across South Texas this week, all camp activities are taking place indoors in our air-conditioned facility.

Frequent hydration breaks, engaging indoor activities, and close staff supervision help ensure our campers stay safe, comfortable, and engaged.

At Robstown Young Futures, safety always comes first. 💙

Dr. Eric Baggerman says children can overheat faster than adults, making hydration, breaks and monitoring especially important this summer.

☀️ Day 2 of Summer Camp is in full swing at Robstown Young Futures!

Today our campers put their creativity and problem-solving skills to work with hands-on activities including bracelet making, sensory play, and building challenges. From colorful creations to teamwork and imaginative play, every activity is designed to help our youth learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and engaging environment.

We love seeing friendships form, confidence grow, and smiles light up every room. 💙

There’s never a dull moment at camp, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store!

☀️ Day 1 of Summer Camp is off to a great start at Robstown Young Futures!

Our campers kicked off the morning in the rec room, getting to know each other, making new friends, and enjoying games and activities together. The room is already filled with smiles, laughter, and excitement for all the fun still to come this summer. 🎉
