Congratulations to Eagle Scout Konnor N.

Konnor received his Eagle Rank in February 2021 as a member of Troop 1311 in Robinson, TX. For his Eagle project, Konnor organized and built a Gaga Ball Arena for Brazos Meadows Baptist Church’s youth group in Hewitt.

As a Scout, he earned 39 merit badges and held Troop leadership positions of Den Chief, Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, and Quartermaster. Konnor is also a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow. He has also earned many awards in his Scouting career, including the Den Chief award, Kayaking BSA award, the National Outdoor Award for Camping, the Paul Bunyan award, the World Conservation award, and the Messengers of Peace award.

Konnor is in his senior year at Robinson High School, where he is a member of the Pride of the Blue Marching Band and the tennis team.

Konnor is the son of Larry and Crystal Johnson of Robinson. After graduation Konnor plans to attend McLennan Community College and then Tarleton State University to major in computer engineering.

Konnor, thank you for doing so much to support your community. We are honored to have you as a part of our Longhorn Council family.

Today was our last day at camp and we had a fantastic time. We head home early in the morning. A total of 48 merit badges and awards were earned in Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Snorkeling, Welding, First Aid, Kayaking, Swimming, Aviation, Environmental Science, Oceanography, Plumbing, Weather, Shotgun Shooting, Climbing, Electricity, Electronics, Game Design, Rifle Shooting, Engineering, Wilderness Survival, Pottery, and Animation. These scouts worked hard in the heat and we're so proud of them! When you join Scouting, you join an adventure!
