Five Point Center Inc. DBA Grace Place, A Community Table We exist to restore hope and build resilience. Grace Place has expanded. We now have an emergency food pantry on-site.

We empower individuals through programs that
address urgent and ongoing physical, educational, economic, & social gaps in our community, & we
serve as a catalyst for positive, lasting change in Graham County. We also have TEFAP and CSFP boxes for distribution (see our page for the distribution schedule). There are a lot of exciting things that we are working on behind the scenes to ensure that the

needs of our community are being met. Send us a message if you would like to be involved or if you or someone you know is in need of food.

Earlier this week, we got to celebrate the birthday of one of our longtime and incredibly dedicated volunteers, Mr. Tom! 🎉🎂

We’re so thankful for the time, heart, and commitment he continues to give to Five Point Center and our community. We’re lucky to have him as part of our team, and we loved getting the chance to celebrate him!

Today was all about celebrating accomplishment! 🎉💻

We had the chance to recognize participants who completed our Basic Computer Skills course using the Northstar Digital Literacy curriculum and earned Northstar Digital Literacy certifications along the way.

Today, we gathered for some good food, presented each participant with a special certificate from Five Point Center, and took time to celebrate all the hard work and progress that brought them to this point.

We’re so proud of each of them and all they’ve accomplished! Please help us congratulate our graduates on a job well done! 👏🎓

FREE NC MedAssist Community OTC Medicine Giveaway

Five Point Center is pleased to partner with NC MedAssist to provide FREE over-the-counter (OTC) medications to members of our community.

Available items may include:

Pain relievers
Cold and allergy medications
Cough and flu products
Vitamins
First aid supplies
And other over-the-counter health products

Preorders are now being accepted. We encourage you to preorder your items to help reduce wait times and increase the likelihood that the products you need will be available.

Pickup Date: Thursday, August 28
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Graham County Community Building

July was another busy month for our food programs! Take a look at the graphic to see how our Community Meals, Emergency Food Boxes, TEFAP, and Client Choice programs supported our neighbors last month and the impact these programs have made so far this year.
